The MPL Philippines Season 13 is heating up, and the battle for position is on going. RSG Slate manages to take a massive come from behind victory from reigning M5 World Champions AP Bren. The victory now greatly helps RSG’s push to the top 3 of the bracket.
There was a wild card for this weeks gamedays, the new MLBB patch. Right now we can not yet tell how the new patch will affect the current Meta.
AP Bren Opens Up with a come from behind win.
The first game started off with the early game belonging to RSG. Raiders looked like they were going to get the firs game from the bees. But there was a twist to the story a crucial team fight that turned the tide in favor of the bees. That is the worst mistake that you can ever make when going up against the world champions. AP Bren took the first game from a come from behind win.
Raiders Recover and Equalize
The second game pretty much started the same was as the first game. RSG was dominating the match with a couple of key player kills. The match was pretty much in the Raider’s hands. The Bees were on the back foot all thru out the match. AP Bren was out drafted according to Coach Duckey.
Raider Reverse Sweep
Building on the momentum of the 2nd game, the Raiders were still pushing their advantage. The bees still had no answer to the raiders push. Eventually AP Bren succumbed to the relentless pressure and eventually looses the game.
What does the win mean to RSG?
The win now advances RSG Slate push to be part of the three upper berths so as not to run the gauntlet and race thru the fires of the lower bracket. Coach Panda when pressed to give a rating on the teams performance gave then his highest ranking to date of 9/10.
Now thing are heating up we have to see at the end of the week how the rankings stand up.
