Sharpen Your Steel (and Toss a Grenade or Two): Early game combat receives a much-needed boost with the introduction of throwing knives, grenades, and the blunderbuss. Additionally, one-handed weapons become more versatile with defensive maneuvers like the knife’s parry, the sickle’s boomerang attack, and the hammer’s flurry of blows.
