My First Event for Fulcrum

The Farlight 84 Grand Launch event. This day is one of the most memorable days in my life. I was invited by my editor to join this event as a writer. For those who didn’t know Farlight 84 is a battle royale, shooting game like Apex Legends, PUBG, and Fortnite. It was indeed a great opportunity for me to attend this kind of event, this is my first time, and I would say it’s a wonderful experience for a newbie like me to be part of this big event. There are lots of cool people, I met some gaming media members, cosplayers, streamers and shoutcasters. It was fun because I was able to have pictures with some of known cosplayers and streamer like Alodia, Mr John Weak, Narpim and Buunja. Also, there are some celebrities like Ella Cruz who performed as one of the characters in Farlight.

On this event Farlight 84 present plans and expectations about their gaming, they are planning to expand the platform of the game because for now they already lunch their game on PC and mobile phones, so in the future they will lunch their game on Xbox and Playstations, Cool right? They also said that we in the Philippines has the highest number of players that playing their game and that is one of the reasons why they are here to present to us what will happen and expectations this coming 2023 and 2024. Based on what they said on the event they will releasing a new Filipino Agent for us to play and that is one of the exciting parts that we need to wait. Also, they will be having a tournament mode in Farlight 84 to make it more fun and interesting. Soon they will be having online and offline onsite tournament as well, like a computer shop onsite tournament just like we have on Fulcrum Hub. To make that happen they will be collaborating with Computer Shops like TNC and other companies. They also explained how the scoring mechanics work for the future tournaments.

The venue, I would say it’s fantastic and first thing you’ll on the outside is a cool display custom made battle spider machine/car that you will see on their game, and they also have a cinematic screen for Farlight 84 and on the entrance of the venue the staff will give you a Farlight 84 Gift box. The most exciting part ever on that event is the raffle giveaway where in it was unexpected because I won the grand prize. I’m so thankful and blessed for what that happened that day.
