TNC Predator beat OB.Neon to win Asia Pacific Predator League

TNC Predator came from behind to beat OB Esports x Neon and to win their back-to-back Championship at Asia Pacific Predator League 2020/21.

 

The Phoenix has risen once again after obtaining their back-to-back Championship in the Asia Pacific Predator League 2020/21. TNC Predator gets their sweet revenge on OB Esports x Neon after winning 2-0 in the Grand Finals. 

The two Filipino Titans face off each in an explosive Grand Finals of the Asia Pacific Predator League 2020/21 – APAC Dota 2. The two teams fought once again in the Grand Finals, after OB.Neon defeated TNC Predator in the Semi-Finals of the Upper Bracket. TNC Predator pushed their way through in the Grand Finals, after defeating BOOM Esports in the Lower Bracket Finals.

TNC Predator kicked off the series with a great laning phase obtaining the advantage. With Boomy’s Clockwork landing amazing hookshot, he managed to capture and set up winning clashes for his team. After OB.Neon lost the team fight, an unexpected Aegis steal came from Erin Jasper “Yopaj” Ferrer’s Void Spirit, left TNC dumbfounded. TNC continues to pick up the later game as they punish and pick off OB.Neon, winning essential clashes. Kim “Gabbi” Villafuerte then gets an ULTRA KILL on his IO, man-handling OB.Neon to win their team fight. TNC Predator then took the first map, opposing the 3-0 prediction win for OB.Neon by the hosts.

The second game followed the same pattern as TNC took the lead on the laning phase. Although, Jun “Bok” Kanehara’s Bloodseeker struggled at the safe lane, losing 0-3 against John Anthony “Natsumi-” Vargas’ Troll Warlord. An early 10-minute clash emerged at the mid lane, with Armel Paul “Armel” Tabios wiping out OB.Neon as he gets an ULTRA KILL on Bristleback. After a while, Kim “Gabbi” Villafuerte then followed the momentum as he gets a Triple Kill on Queen of Pain at the 22-minute mark. With Marvin “Boomy” Rushton beautiful Winter’s Curse on Winter Wyvern, he stopped OB.Neon‘s engagement. Alongside Gabbi they dismantled the offense as he gets a RAMPAGE on his Queen of Pain. TNC then wins as they eliminate OB.Neon in the final clash at Roshan, surrendering the Championship over to TNC Predator.
