ZETA DIVISION Wins VCT Last Chance Qualifier Pacific 2023
ZETA DIVISION has emerged victorious in the VCT Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ) Pacific 2023, defeating Team Secret 3-1 in the Grand Finals. The Japanese team joins Paper Rex, DRX, and T1 as the fourth Pacific team to qualify for VALORANT Champions 2023.
The LCQ was held over six days in Seoul, South Korea, and featured seven teams from across the Pacific region. ZETA DIVISION, Team Secret, Gen.G, Rex Regum Qeon, Global Esports, TALON Esports, and DetonatioN FocusMe all competed for the final qualifying spot for VALORANT Champions 2023.
ZETA DIVISION had a strong showing throughout the tournament, defeating Team Secret in the Upper Bracket Finals and then again in the Grand Finals. The Japanese team will now head to Los Angeles to compete in VALORANT Champions 2023, which will be held from August 10-18.
The LCQ was a huge success, with a peak viewership of nearly 400,000 and over 25 million esports hours watched. More than 500 Pacific League watch parties were held with influencers and co-streamers, and over 60 live viewing parties were held across Asia Pacific.
The VALORANT Champions Tour is the premier global VALORANT esports competition. VALORANT Champions 2023 will feature the top 16 teams from around the world competing for the title of VALORANT World Champion.
