TOYCON PH 2025 Set for Grand Return with Expanded Lineup, TCG and Cosplay Highlights
PASAY — All systems are go for TOYCON POP LIFE Celebration 2025, as the country’s biggest and longest-running pop culture convention makes a massive return to the SMX Convention Center Manila this June 13 to 15.
Celebrating its 22nd anniversary, TOYCON 2025 partners again with MINDstyle’s POP LIFE Global Festival, bringing in over 400 exhibitors from across the toy, collectibles, cosplay, gaming, and art toy scenes.
Expanding the Community
This year’s theme, Celebration, welcomes new communities into the fold—trading card game (TCG) players, cosplayers, and battle gamers—with dedicated spaces such as TCG Alley and a newly expanded cosplay zone.
TOYCON also features Mana Underground’s TCG tournaments, as well as cosplay and toy photography contests, drawing creators and collectors together under one banner.
Big Brand Names and Bigger Exclusives
Among the major brand launches are MINDstyle’s Collectormates and ThrillJoy, alongside Infinite Brands’ debut of Minix, CaDa, and Rastar. Mainstay giants Lego, Bandai, Banpresto, Tamashii Nations, and Legendary Beast Studios are also back on the dealer floor.
Collectors can look forward to event-exclusive merchandise, including from artists like Quiccs, ThrillJoy, and a limited Voltes V collectible.
In a TOYCON first, NBA Philippines will join the exhibitor list, introducing official licensed merchandise for basketball and pop culture fans.
Star Power: Seiyuus, Super Sentai, and Straw Hats
The TokuSpirits lineup brings in big names like Ryota Ozawa (Gokai Red) and Yui Koike (Gokai Pink), while anime fans can meet legendary Japanese seiyuus:

TOYCON 2025 also hosts the first-ever reunion of the One Piece Tagalog dub cast, giving fans a behind-the-scenes look at Filipino voice acting.
Spotlight on Cosplay and Artistry
Top-tier cosplayers will be joining the celebration, including local stars Een, Liabear, Kitz Cua, and Pompomny, as well as international guests Tiny Asa (Vietnam), Chanel Yui (Singapore), and Eri and Riela (Indonesia).
The expanded Artist Alley will showcase over 100 creators, highlighting Filipino craftsmanship in art toys, prints, apparel, and original IPs.
Competitions and Celebrations
Aside from CosKon, the signature cosplay competition, TOYCON introduces the International Art Toy Design Competition, where the winner’s creation will be produced by MINDstyle as a premium collectible.
Classic custom toy contests also return, alongside TOY CLICK and COSCLICK photography competitions.
For retro gamers, Republic of Gamers will host daily throwback tournaments for StarCraft, Counter-Strike 1.3, and DoTA 1.
Who Will Be the 2025 Pinoy Pop Culture Icon?
Since 2017, TOYCON has awarded the Pinoy Pop Culture Icon Award to visionaries like Alodia Gosiengfiao, Michael V., and Bigboy Cheng. The 2025 awardee will be unveiled during the event.
