PUBG x aespa Collab Brings K-pop to the Battlegrounds

PUBG: Battlegrounds takes a bold leap into the K-pop universe as it teams up with global girl group aespa for a multiverse-spanning collaboration filled with emotes, skins, music, and immersive in-game content.

The crossover, live until August 6 for PC and August 14 for Console, brings aespa’s futuristic aesthetic into PUBG. This includes exclusive emote stages, interactive concert arenas, and a wide array of craftable cosmetics and gear.

Music Meets Mayhem

Players can now perform PUBG x aespa emotes on starting islands in maps like Erangel, Miramar, and Taego, triggering synchronized music videos and visual displays. These “Emote Stages” replicate aespa’s concert energy, with tracks like Dark Arts setting the tempo for pre-match hype.

New arenas—Desert Dome, PUBG x aespa Arena, and Rest Stops—have also been added across Miramar, featuring LED walls, music turntables, and even cryptic murals, transforming familiar battlegrounds into K-pop concert grounds.

A new aespa Workshop tab lets players collect aespa Tokens and Loot Cache Fragments through gameplay or special events. These can be used to unlock 20 limited-time items, including:

  • Full aespa-themed sets for KARINA, GISELLE, WINTER, and NINGNING

  • [BATTLESTAT] weapon skins for the M416, M249, Mini14, and AKM

  • Collaboration-themed parachutes, sprays, and emotes

Special disassembly options are available for breaking down duplicate items into tokens, while Step-Up Packs offer discounts up to 80% on Loot Cache bundles.

Limited-Time Events

Players can take part in collaboration missions for rewards like aespa emblems, an exclusive aespa Stage Custom Lobby Skin, and a chance to earn a Lucky G-Coin Box (up to 10,000 G-Coin) via the PUBG x aespa Web Event (available until August 11 for PC and August 19 for Console).

Missions include dancing at Emote Stages, visiting themed areas in Miramar, and equipping the aespa outfits in-game.

A new “PNC 2025 Anthem – Dark Arts” now plays as PUBG’s lobby music, immersing players in aespa’s signature sound. Meanwhile, care packages, aircraft banners, and vehicle music across maps now reflect the collab’s visual identity.

With their metallic flair and multiverse themes, aespa’s inclusion into PUBG reshapes the battlefield into something out of a digital dream. Whether you’re here for the kills, the skins, or the K-pop, there’s plenty to discover before the collab ends.
