TNT survives thriller as ACT, Blacklist close cleanly

MAKATI— The Philippines Kings League (PKL) Fall Split 2025 served up non-stop actions at the Shooting Gallery Studios as TNT Tropang Alab, ACT Esports Club, Blacklist International made their playoff intentions clear.

TNT’s win completed the teams for play-in spot on Sunday (October 5) as Barcode is out for playoffs contention. Meanwhile, ACT and Blacklist showcased their firepower with sweep.

Khan’s heroics lift TNT after Barcode’s strong start

Barcode set the tone early, storming to a 4K gold lead with a 6-1 kill score at 11:25. Austin Maverick “Nitsua” Arroyo’s Ziya dictated the tempo and finished the opener 4/0/6 as Barcode closed the map after a toplane skirmish that yielded three kills and a swift march to TNT’s crystal.

The follow-up looked headed the same way as Barcode ran to a 6-0 kill advantage by eight minutes and pushed a 7K gold lead by 17:48.

TNT refused to fold — Vincent Khyle “Khan” Ruar’s Pei exploded with a triple kill during a base defense to deny the sweep, and a 20-minute jungle clash saw TNT wipe Barcode to force the decider.

In the decider, Khan swapped to Jing and starred with a 6/1/5 showing. At 11:25 TNT clipped four Barcode members, leaving only Weeravat “VVV” Baolorphet’s Arli on defense, then stormed the lane to complete a dramatic reverse sweep in just under 12 minutes.

ACT crushes Flash with crucial Tempest Dragon control

ACT imposed their will early as Vern Bryan “Astral” Forcrey’s Yuhuan turned in an 8/2/7 performance.

The decisive moment came at 21:05 when ACT won a clash outside the Tempest Dragon pit, taking the dragon while cutting down three Flash members. Jonathan Concee “Konsi” Berona and Văn Lĩnh “Bridget” Nguyễn tried to delay the push, but ACT’s numbers finished the job.

The next outing followed suit. John Vincent “Metalwolf” Yao’s Chano put up a steady 4/1/7 line while Piyaphong “Taoz” Parwthaisong delivered the dagger at 21:50 — grabbing the Tempest Dragon and helping eliminate four Flash players.

Left with only Raphael “Fears” Umali’s Zhang Fei to defend, Team Flash’s base fell as ACT locked in a clean 2-0.

It was a see-saw affair for both teams before the 13-minute mark, when Blacklist International saw an opening in WETRND’s top lane and took it — killing Mark Jentry “Maze” Galang’s Liu Bang in the occasion.

Golden Hart “Goldenk1te” Dajao’s Agudo earned MVP honors with a 2/1/2 line as Blacklist struck first to take the map. On the other hand, WETRND tried to end things for their side as well, but it was Blacklist who first finished the game.

From there Blacklist asserted control. Justine Ritchie “Juschie” Tan’s Yang Jian collected MVP with a 2/1/5 stat line as Blacklist posted a 5K gold lead by the 7:15 mark and then trampled the entire WETRND squad, ending the map in under eight minutes.

The sweep not only etched a historic shortest game of the regular season with seven minutes and 43 seconds but also clinched a playoff spot for Blacklist and became Philippines’ representative at KIC 2025 later this year.
