PKL Fall 2025: Elevate, WETRND survive do-or-die; Blacklist stays flawless

MAKATI — Elevate and WETRND Esports fought through the brink to keep their campaigns unscathed, while Blacklist International extended its dominance with another sweep in the Philippines Kings League (PKL) Fall Split 2025 on Saturday, August 30, at Shooting Gallery Studios.

Elevate escapes TNT in thriller

Elevate finally broke through with their first win of the split, outlasting TNT in a nerve-wracking three-game series.

Game 1 belonged to Haru’s Agudo (1/0/7), with Hide’s Mayene strike at 7:15 and Azar’s Arli double kill at 9:11 setting up an 11-3 rout.

TNT roared back in Game 2. Kirvsu’s Chano (3/1/6) anchored a turnaround as Vane’s Dharma wipe at 12:20 cracked Elevate wide open, before Sica’s Yi Xing closed it 11-9 at the 14-minute mark.

But the decider was one-way traffic. Ivalice’s Mai Shiranui orchestrated every clash as Elevate stormed to a 10-2 finish with nearly a 10K gold gap — sealing their survival.

WETRND grinds past Flash

WETRND stayed hot with a scrappy 2-1 victory over Team Flash PH.

Maze’s Liu Bang (5/2/7) carried the opener with a jungle wipe at 12:20, capping a 14-9 win.

Flash struck back in Game 2 when Bridget’s flawless Charlotte (6/0/5) flipped a top-lane defense at 15:05 into a punishing counterattack that tied the series.

The final game tilted at 11:16. Darrfinn’s Marco Polo (3/0/6) cracked Flash’s formation in the top lane, sparking the decisive push that handed WETRND the match.

GoldenK1te shines for Blacklist to sweep Barcode

The codebreakers looked untouchable, as Blacklist International swept Barcode to move to 2-0.

GoldenK1te shined brightest as his Lady Sun (7/1/9) landed a double kill at 10:47 that blew open Game 1.

Game 2 was even more ruthless — GoldenK1te’s Ao Yin (7/0/4) punished Sl1mee’s 12-minute blunder and never let go, securing another clean sweep for Blacklist.

Fierce Four Matches

Sunday brings four pivotal matches in the PKL Fall Split. TNT and A.C.T. Esports Club, both still winless, face off in a battle for redemption. Barcode and Team Flash PH share the same struggle, fighting to escape the bottom and prove they can contend.

Meanwhile, WETRND and Elevate collide in a momentum clash, with both teams fresh from thrilling wins and eager to climb higher in the standings. The spotlight, however, falls on the Spring Finals rematch between Boom Esports and Blacklist International — a showdown of revenge versus dominance that could shape the rest of the split.
