PKL Fall 2025: ACT, Barcode finally break through; Blacklist, WETRND stay perfect

MAKATI — ACT Esports Club and Barcode finally broke their droughts, registering their first wins, while Blacklist International and WETRND Esports strengthened their unbeaten runs in the Day 3 of Philippines Kings League (PKL) Fall Split 2025 at Shooting Gallery Studios on Sunday, August 31.

ACT outlasts TNT in grueling three-game battle

ACT Esports shook off their slow start to the season, edging TNT Tropang Alab in a tense 2-1 series for their first victory of the split.

Flukeyo set the tone in Game 1, guiding Augran flawlessly and capping the opener with an 11:13 team wipe that secured an 11-3 triumph.

TNT roared back in Game 2 behind Impressive’s masterful Athena play, flipping a crucial Tyrant clash at 10:20 to force a decider.

But when the pressure peaked, Astral delivered his explosive quadra kill on Yuhuan during a 10:46 fight cracked the game wide open, and ACT never looked back—locking the base and sealing the breakthrough win.

Barcode sweeps Flash to get on board

Barcode finally entered the win column after dismantling Team Flash PH in a convincing 2-0 sweep.

Valdus spearheaded Game 1, punishing Flash’s setup with a perfectly timed jungle ambush at the 12-minute mark, leading to a 10-5 finish.

Game 2 was scrappier, with Flash keeping the contest close through extended skirmishes.

But Chris2’s Dharma found the moment that mattered, initiating a decisive 20:13 clash that slammed the door shut and handed Barcode their first victory.

WETRND survives Elevate scare

WETRND Esports remained unbeaten, escaping Elevate in another nail-biting 2-1 series.

Arise’s steady control on Pei powered WETRND through Game 1 before Azar’s Lady Sun shined in Game 2, pulling off a clutch three-man takedown in a 19-minute stand that evened the match.

With the momentum in balance, WETRND regrouped as Syndicate’s Guan Yu ignited an 11:35 clash that tilted the final game, before Arise, Aaron, and Darrfinn stormed through the top lane to finish Elevate and protect their spotless record.

Blacklist crushes Boom in revenge sweep

Blacklist International looked every bit the championship favorite, sweeping Boom Esports 2-0 in a statement win that avenged their Spring Split finals defeat.

Chazz set the tone in Game 1 with a devastating Yuhuan-led wipe at 7:30, ballooning a 4K gold lead that carried them to victory.

In Game 2, Chammy1’s Fuzi punished a costly Miggie’s Biron misstep at 5:21 to open the map wide.

From there, Blacklist dictated every fight, capping the series with a clinical 16:17 base storm that underscored their dominance.

Standings after Day 3

Blacklist International and WETRND Esports sit firmly on top at 3-0, emerging as early title favorites. Blacklist remains flawless with six straight wins, while WETRND has dropped just two games along the way.

Boom Esports follows in third at 2-1, with their lone stumble coming against Blacklist.

ACT Esports Club, Barcode, and Elevate all improved to 1-2, showing flashes of promise but still searching for consistency.

Meanwhile, TNT Tropang Alab and Team Flash PH are winless at 0-3, their playoff hopes fading unless they turn things around soon.
