Boom clinches playoff berth as Elevate, ACT rack up convincing wins
MANILA — The Philippines Kings League (PKL) Fall Split 2025 lit up the Shooting Gallery Studios once again, with Boom Esports officially locking their playoff berth, while Elevate and ACT Esports Club imposed their will in dominant fashion for play-ins’ seeding.
Elevate fends off FLPH in three games
Elevate wasted no time setting the tone, jumping out to a 6K gold lead and a 9-2 kill score just seven minutes in. Team Flash PH tried to delay the onslaught by holding firm at the 11-minute mark, but their defenses eventually cracked.
With Steven “Haru” Buenaventura’s Augran carrying the load and finishing with a dominant 13 kills, two deaths, and four assists, Elevate secured the opener after a decisive clash at 16:10 that opened the way to the crystal.
The second game flipped the script as both squads traded blow for blow. Neither side could take control until a jungle fight at 19:15 gave Flash the breakthrough they needed.
Jonathan Concee “Konsi” Berona’s Di Renjie stood out with a 7/3/8 line, while Trọng Thanh Tân “Flint” Nguyễn’s Lady Zhen was equally instrumental, tallying six kills, one death, and seven assists to drag the series into a decider.
With everything on the line, Elevate returned to their aggressive ways. Miguel “Migss” Sto Nino’s Lian Po played the perfect initiator, keeping his slate clean at 0/0/13 while setting up fights that suffocated FLPH.
By the 16-minute mark, Elevate went full blast, overwhelming their opponents’ defenses. Cedrik “Ivalice” Santos’ Yuhuan provided steady support, contributing 11 assists without conceding a death, as Elevate wrapped up the 2-1 victory in style.
ACT sweeps TNT to improve play-in standing
ACT Esports Club came out sharp, seizing control through an early clash near the Tyrant pit, eliminating two TNT players to secure the objective that gave them momentum to press forward.
Another clash immediately followed, wiping out the entire Alab roster and setting the stage for a swift finish. Ittiphat “Flukeyo” Rawangkarn’s Luna was steady all throughout, recording a clean 3/0/4 performance in a game that ended in under 11 minutes.
TNT looked more composed in the next outing, keeping the match close with back-and-forth exchanges across the map. However, ACT held their nerve and found the key opening at the 16:13 mark, when a decisive middle-lane skirmish turned into their favor. Three members of TNT were cut down in the clash, leaving the base vulnerable.
John Vincent “Metalwolf” Yao’s Aoyin made the difference in the closeout, finishing with an impressive 5/0/7 stat line as he anchored ACT’s push down the middle. From there, ACT wasted no time tearing through TNT’s last line of defense and stormed into the crystal to complete the 2-0 sweep.
Boom Esports clinches playoff berth after sweep of WETRND

Boom Esports opened their series with WETRND in commanding fashion, building a 3K gold advantage alongside a 10-4 kill lead just seven minutes in. They capitalized on their control at the 8:34 mark, forcing a massive team fight that wiped out the entire opposing squad.
Karl Ken “Karlll” Bautista’s Luna spearheaded the effort with a flawless 3/0/10 showing, while Miguel Klarenz “Miggie” Banaag’s Dharma chipped in with four kills and seven assists to secure the opener.
The second match continued in the same direction, but this time it was over even faster. Boom pulled the trigger on a clash at 9:23, where Heri “Tatsurii” Garcia’s Shangguan landed a huge double kill to dismantle WETRND’s hopes of bouncing back.
The clean execution paved the way for an uncontested march into the crystal base. Tatsurii wrapped up the contest with a 3/2/6 line, as Boom closed the series in under 10 minutes.
The sweep was not just another win on the board — it sealed Boom Esports’ ticket to the postseason. With their playoff spot confirmed, the team also earned a chance to represent the Philippines in the prestigious KIC 2025 later this year.
