TNC finally broke through with a convincing 2-0 sweep over Team Falcons PH. In Game 1, Justine “Zaida” Palma’s Lancelot set the tone with four kills and four assists, while Benedict “Bennyqt” Gonzales delivered a 7/2/7 performance on Granger to close out a tense 23-minute opener.

Falcons’ veteran EXP laner David Charles “FlapTzy” Canon tried to hold the line with a Benedetta pick, but a lack of sustain cost them in late-game clashes.

Game 2 saw Frediemar “3Mar” Serafico dominate on Cici, racking up four kills and nine assists to anchor TNC’s mid-game surge. Backed by Zaida’s aggressive Fanny play, the Phoenix Army sealed the sweep at the 17-minute mark, punishing Falcons’ failed teamfight execution.

Twisted Minds hand Omega second straight loss

Twisted Minds continued their momentum with a 2-1 victory over Smart Omega, opening the series with a clean 14-minute win. Mico “Nosia” Capil’s flawless Moskov (7/0/5) and Miguel “Sionnn” Alcantara’s utility Kagura proved too much for Omega’s underwhelming response.

The Barangay bounced back in Game 2, fueled by Salic “Hadji” Imam’s Kagura masterclass (7/2/12). Kenneth “Netskie” Barro’s Karrie also came online to swing teamfights, and Czedrick “SUPERYOSHI” Romero made the highlight play, dragging in three TWIS players to force a decider.

But Twisted Minds answered emphatically in Game 3, ending it in just 10 minutes. Lance “Lansu” Misa’s Uranus dictated tempo with relentless pressure, while Nosia’s Beatrix delivered five kills in a flawless snowball. Omega failed to secure a single major objective, suffering their second straight loss.

Aurora escape ONIC PH with reverse sweep

Aurora Gaming capped the night with a comeback win over ONIC Philippines. ONIC drew first blood in a 23-minute macro war, with Duane “Kelra” Pillas’ Moskov stealing a Lord that set up their Game 1 victory.

Aurora struck back in Game 2, as Kenneth “Yue” Tadeo’s Kimmy (5/0/4) led an 11-minute stomp. Edward “Edward” Dapadap anchored the frontline with Uranus, soaking pressure to free up his teammates in a dominant bounce-back.

In his 500th MPL appearance, Edward delivered another MVP performance in Game 3 on Lapu-Lapu, notching a flawless 2/0/6 while solo-killing Jann Kirk “Kirk” Gutierrez’s Cici. Aurora’s CC-heavy lineup suffocated ONIC’s carries, neutralizing Kelra and Kirk and sealing the reverse sweep.

TNC will face AP.Bren next Saturday, while Team Falcons look to rebound against Smart Omega on Sunday. Twisted Minds and Aurora will meet in a marquee clash on Friday, with ONIC also returning that day against Team Falcons.
