Honor of Kings: World debuts at Gamescom 2025
TiMi Studio Group is bringing Honor of Kings: World, its upcoming Eastern Fantasy multiplayer action RPG, to the global stage with its first-ever public demo at Gamescom 2025.
The event runs from August 20 to August 24 in Cologne, Germany, and attendees can play the unreleased title all week at Hall 9, Booth B040.
“We’ve been working very hard on Honor of Kings: World and look forward to learning how players at Gamescom react to our game,” said Big Huang, lead combat designer of Honor of Kings: World.
Before opening its booth to the public, the game will make a special appearance during Opening Night Live, setting the tone for one of the biggest reveals of the year.
Based on the universe of Honor of Kings, Honor of Kings: World takes players on a massive co-op RPG adventure across the continent of Primaera, where they can team up for boss battles, explore rich lore, and meet legendary heroes from the original game.
The PC demo will let attendees play with either mouse-and-keyboard or controller, featuring cooperative boss battles that highlight the game’s dynamic combat system — allowing players to seamlessly swap between two distinct fighting styles mid-battle.
Beyond combat, Honor of Kings: World aims to immerse players with shared-world features such as crafting, house building, and management while giving story-driven quests set in the richly detailed land of Primaera.
Players will step into the role of a new student at Jixia Academy, working alongside classmates, mentors, and iconic heroes from the original Honor of Kings while uncovering the mysteries of “the Flow,” a powerful energy source tied to the world’s history.
“We know fans of Honor of Kings are ready, and we hope newcomers will be just as excited after playing this first public presentation in Europe,” added Huang.
