Calling all VALORANT fans in the Pacific region! The VCT Pacific season is kicking off, and here’s your ultimate guide to Stages 1 & 2. Get ready to cheer on your favorite teams, witness high-stakes matches, and experience the excitement live!

Masters Madrid and Beyond

While Gen.G and Paper Rex represent the Pacific at Masters Madrid, the regional competition continues. VCT Pacific Stage 1 is set to begin, offering another chance to qualify for the second global event: Masters Shanghai. Brace yourselves for even more action in Stage 2, where teams will battle for a spot at the prestigious Champions 2024 and a share of the $250,000 prize pool.

Mark your calendars! VCT Pacific Stage 1 and 2 will be held at Coex Artium in Seoul, South Korea (Address: 513, Yeongdong-daero, Gangnam-gu). The location for the Stage 2 Grand Finals will be revealed later.

Stage 1 & 2 Format Breakdown

Stage 1:

Teams are randomly divided into two groups – Alpha (5 teams) and Omega (6 teams).
Alpha teams face off against Omega teams in best-of-three series (single round-robin).
Top 3 teams from each group advance to the Playoffs (double elimination bracket).
Three qualifying slots for Masters Shanghai are on the line.
Each match win earns a Championship Point (winner of Stage 1 gets 3 bonus points).
Points contribute to Champions 2024 qualification.

Stage 2:

Maintains the same Alpha and Omega groupings as Stage 1.
Teams compete against those from their own groups.
Top 6 teams with the best combined Stage 1 & 2 performance advance to Stage 2 Playoffs.
Secure a Champions 2024 spot by finishing top 3 in Stage 2 Playoffs OR by accruing the most Championship Points. (For a detailed explainer video on the format, visit VALORANTESPORTS.com)

Group Stage: April 6th – 29th
Playoffs: May 3rd – 12th
All Stage 1 matches start at 5:00 PM KST (4:00 PM GMT+8).

Stage 2 Schedule:

June 15th – July 21st
Group Stage: June 15th – July 8th
Playoffs: July 12th – 21st
All Stage 2 matches (except Finals) start at 5:00 PM KST (4:00 PM GMT+8). Timings for Lower Finals and Grand Finals will be announced later.
