Blacklist International secures grand finals slot; Elevate outlasts ACT to stay in contention

MAKATI — The Philippines Kings League (PKL) Fall Split 2025 turned up the intensity inside the Shooting Gallery Studios as Blacklist International stormed into the grand finals after a commanding 3-1 win over Boom Esports, while Elevate Esports fought their way through the lower bracket with a gritty triumph over ACT Esports Club.

Blacklist eliminates  Boom to advance to the grand finals

Blacklist International delivered another statement series as they dispatched Boom Esports, 3-1, to claim the first grand finals berth of the PKL Fall Split 2025.

In Game 1, Golden Hart “Goldenk1te” Dajao’s Aoyin shone brightest, registering an impeccable 6/0/2 KDA to earn MVP honors. It was a tight contest until the 12:18 mark, when Blacklist penetrated Boom’s territory to force a pivotal clash that wiped out the entire Boom roster, drawing first blood in the series.

Momentum stayed on Blacklist’s side in Game 2, as Chammy Paul “Chammy1” Nazarrea’s Charlotte posted a solid 5/1/7 KDA. With a commanding 9K gold advantage by the 12-minute mark, Blacklist executed a precise tower dive at 12:50 to crush Boom’s defenses and move one win away from a sweep.

Boom, however, refused to fold. In Game 3, Karl Ken “Karlll” Bautista’s Jing notched an unblemished 3/0/5 KDA, spearheading Boom’s retaliation. At the 14:20 mark, Boom capitalized on a midlane skirmish that completely wiped Blacklist, cutting the series deficit and keeping their hopes alive.

But Blacklist quickly regained control in Game 4. Justine Ritchie “Juschie” Tan Agudo boasted a clean 5/0/6 stat line, leading the squad’s relentless push. By the 14-minute mark, Blacklist overwhelmed Boom’s base with an 11-2 kill score, sealing the deal and punching their ticket to the grand finals.

Elevate topples ACT to move on in lower bracket

In the lower bracket showdown, Elevate Esports displayed poise and precision to dispatch ACT Esports Club, 3-1, keeping their championship hopes alive and setting up a duel with Boom Esports next.

Eleazar “Azar” Salle’s Aoyin came out hot in Game 1, racking up 5 kills, 1 death, and 2 assists to claim MVP honors. The game’s turning point came at the 14-minute mark, when Azar’s quadra kill in a jungle skirmish secured Elevate’s opening victory.

ACT responded in Game 2, with Ittiphat “Flukeyo” Rawangkarn’s Augran exploding for an 8/0/1 performance. At 14:15, ACT captured the Tyrant and wiped out three Elevate members, leaving Sean Andrei “Hide” Baguino’s Biron and Steven “Haru” Buenaventura’s Pei to defend in vain as ACT evened the series.

In Game 3, Azar switched to Di Renjie and tallied a flawless 3/0/2 KDA to reclaim the lead for Elevate. The match remained close until the 14:50 mark, when Elevate secured the Tyrant and marched straight into ACT’s crystal base to go up 2-1.

Finally, Haru’s Agudo took over in Game 4, finishing with 3 kills and 6 assists without a single death. Both squads traded blow after blow, but Elevate’s decisive clash inside ACT’s base proved enough to seal the win and advance to the lower bracket finals against Boom Esports.
