Barcode completes reverse sweep; WETRND, Boom finish regular season with sweeps

MAKATI — The Philippines Kings League (PKL) Fall Split 2025 closed its regular season on a high note at the Shooting Gallery Studios as Barcode Esports pulled off a thrilling reverse sweep over Elevate, while WETRND Esports and Boom Esports ended their campaigns strong with a clean 2-0 victories.

Barcode rallies back to stun Elevate in three

Elevate came out swinging early, drawing first blood in Game 1 after Steven “Haru” Buenaventura’s Augran put on a flawless 6/0/4 KDA performance. At the 16:41 mark, Elevate seized a decisive team fight, breaking through Barcode’s defenses to take the opener.

Key contributions also came from Cedrik “Ivalice” Santos’ Yixing and Miguel “Migss” Sto Nino’s Lian Po, who provided crucial initiations and finished with 1/0/8 and 1/1/9 KDAs, respectively.

Barcode, however, refused to go down quietly. In Game 2, Lyndon John “Sl1mee” Enriquez Dyadia orchestrated a strong retaliation with a steady 2/1/15 showing. At 15:24, Barcode wiped out Elevate’s entire squad before storming the base to even the series.

Chris “Chris2” Capitly’s Mayene proved reliable in team fights, recording 4/1/3 while providing timely crowd control setups that turned the tide.

The deciding game saw Barcode complete their comeback story. Prasitthichai “Valdus” Jiadchat’s Musashi delivered a stellar outing with a 5/2/4 KDA, leading Barcode to a decisive team fight win at 20:25 in the mid lane to seal the reverse sweep.

Charles Richard “Yato” Orlain’s Gan & Mo also came up big, finishing 3/1/2—three of which came during the game-clinching clash that pushed Barcode across the finish line.

WETRND closes season strong with sweep over ACT

WETRND Esports wasted no time asserting dominance over ACT Esports Club. Ratchakit “Syndicate” Wanasiriporn’s Mayene powered WETRND’s Game 1 win with an explosive 6/3/3 performance.

At the 15:30 mark, WETRND capitalized on a 5-on-4 advantage to seize control of the battlefield, eventually marching straight into ACT’s crystal base. Mark Jentry “Maze” Galang’s Yuhuan added 3/0/8 KDA in a steady showing to support the team’s opener victory.

The momentum carried over to Game 2 as WETRND started hot, racing to a 7K gold lead with a 6-1 kill score by the 10-minute mark. Led by Syndicate’s Dharma, who posted 2/1/5, WETRND cornered ACT in their own jungle and eliminated four members, leaving Metalwolf’s Chano as the lone defender. The push proved unstoppable as WETRND demolished ACT’s base to close the regular season with a commanding sweep.

Boom finishes dominant run with sweep over Blacklist

Boom Esports wrapped up its regular season in style with a clean 2-0 sweep of Blacklist International. In Game 1, John Phillex “Daniii” Bulanadi’s Aoyin led the charge with a perfect 4/0/5 KDA.

At 9:53, Boom executed a crucial tower dive in the bottom lane that eliminated three Blacklist members, leaving Justine Ritchie “Juschie” Tan’s Yang Jian and Charles Roman “Chazz” Esguerra’s Ming to hold the line.

Karl Ken “Karlll” Bautista’s Menki and Miguel Klarenz “Miggie” Banaag’s Allain provided steady back-up, finishing with 2/0/6 and 3/0/3, respectively, as Boom dismantled the remaining defenses to take the game.

Daniii continued his stellar form in Game 2, this time shining with Chano and a clean 2/0/7 stat line. Although Blacklist managed to prolong the match until the 16th minute, Boom tightened its grip and never let up. At 16:35, Boom charged into Blacklist’s crystal base to complete the sweep, with Karlll’s Agudo contributing an impressive 2/0/9 KDA in support.
