Tencent Games Brings Biggest Lineup Yet to Gamescom 2025
Developer Tencent Games will head for its largest-ever showcase at Gamescom 2025 in Cologne, Germany from August 20 to 24.
The gaming development firm will spotlight more than a dozen titles from its studios and publishing partners. From new IPs to updates for fan-favorite franchises, the company is doubling down on innovation, sustainability, and player engagement on a global scale.
Level Up for Impact

Leading the charge beyond the show floor, PUBG MOBILE producer Rick Li will join executives from Ubisoft, Unity Technologies, and Xbox at the Playing for the Planet panel during Gamescom congress on August 21. The discussion, titled Level up for impact, will explore how industry leaders can reduce emissions upstream and inspire environmental action downstream through gaming.
Tencent will also make its mark at Devcom, Gamescom’s developer conference from August 18 to 19, with talks on AI, anti-cheat measures, and the creative use of audiovisual storytelling in Delta Force: Black Hawk Down.
The company will also debut VISVISE, its AI-powered game development suite, at both Gamescom and Devcom. Tools such as GoSkinning and MotionBlink promise to streamline production by automating character skinning and motion capture workflows, further highlighting Tencent’s push for technological advancement and global collaboration.
Titles and franchises to be showcased

On the show floor, Tencent’s roster featured a mix of original titles and beloved franchises. Fate Trigger from Saroasis Studios brought anime flair to tactical battle royale gameplay, unveiling a fresh trailer at Opening Night Live before inviting attendees to try its new characters, modes, and items at Hall 6.
TiMi Studio Group’s Honor of Kings: World drew massive attention with its Eastern fantasy RPG reimagining of the Honor of Kings universe, complete with a playable demo, live boss battle challenges, and immersive photo opportunities in Hall 9.
Space exploration fans gravitated toward Interstellar Utopia from Pixel Software, a seamless open-world cosmic sandbox previously known as Silicon Universe, which offered hands-on galaxy-spanning adventures at Hall 10.1. PUBG MOBILE, co-developed by LIGHTSPEED STUDIOS and KRAFTON, teased its upcoming Version 4.0 with a ghost-themed mode and the new “Unfail” asymmetric PvP experience, both playable at Hall 6.1.
Meanwhile, Rust Mobile, officially licensed by Facepunch Studios, translated the unforgiving survival experience of the original PC hit into a mobile format, offering exclusive demos at Hall 6. Rounding out the lineup, PewPew Games’ Terminull Brigade, fresh off its global launch on July 30, let players dive into chaotic co-op battles inside the collapsing Nullverse at Hall 6.
With its biggest Gamescom presence yet, Tencent Games looks to make a statement about its vision for the future of global gaming.
